We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Change of Mind
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Products that expire or deteriorate quickly

Items that have been mixed with other materials after delivery
Cancelling an Order
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (or proof it has been sent), we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If an item has been used or damaged beyond normal inspection, a deduction may be made from the refund to cover the loss in value.
