Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery 2–6 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Express Shipping applies to the delivery speed only and does not reduce order processing or handling time.

Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take additional time for both standard and express services.

Delivery Times

Delivery times refer to the period after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Maddog Composites uses third-party shipping providers, and delivery estimates are based on the timeframes supplied by those carriers.

Delivery times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) and may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Maddog Composites is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Busy Periods

During sales events or busy periods, order volumes may be higher than usual. While we aim to ship orders quickly, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Oversized Items

Items longer than 1 metre or large in size may need to be shipped via courier rather than standard postal services. These items may incur additional freight charges.

Oversized items:

Cannot be delivered to PO Boxes
May require a signature on delivery

Hazardous Materials

Some products such as resins, hardeners, solvents, or aerosols may be classified as Dangerous Goods and require special shipping arrangements.
